Mountain Bike Marathon

Set in the heart
of the Kielder Forest in Northumberland, the Challenge 200 Ltd
sponsored Mountain Bike Marathon exposes mountain bikers and orienteerers
to some of the most demanding yet rewarding terrains and tracks in the
UK.
This year, we are
able to provide for 5 classes of entry over a range of distances and
durations, from Elite class Mountain biking, to short-score 3 hour Orienteering.
Whatever your choice of event, each participant's entry includes refreshments
during the
day of the challenge. Tea, coffee, soup and pie & peas are provided
free of charge.
Entry fee: £19.00
Additionally, camping facilities for both the Friday
and Saturday night have been arranged
and for those people not riding in the event itself, a bar will be available
all day on
Saturday 8th September.
