26 miles paddling two person kayaks / canoes on the tranquil Stour through stunning countryside, nature reserves and quintessentially Suffolk villages.


Challengers start from our base in Sudbury to the finishing line under Constables iconic bridge at Flatford Mill. Self-guided & guided options.


Expect 10 - 12 hours of paddle-time and good workout!
